I came across a new app the other day and it really caught my eye. It's called Nike Training Club. I know it isn't revolutionary or mind blowing, but I thought it was really useful. Being an athlete, I always love to find new workouts or ways to help me train. This app does exactly that. There are hundreds of different types of workouts and training programs for all kinds of people. It can even be set up to go along with your playlists and music. Nike Training Club can keep stats of your past workouts, set goals for your future workouts and track what you are currently doing. This app definitely impressed me and I will use it almost every day.
